Image recoloring services are billed at $3.00 per photo.

Image repair services are billed at $30.00 per photo.

Both repair and recoloring services may differ in actual cost. We will confirm with you before these services are completed.

Digitzed files will be avalible for download for free. However, this link will only be avalible for a minimum of one month. USB Drives of External Hard Drives are availible for purchase at a rate of $10.00 and $60.00, respectivly. You are able to send in your own drives and we will happily upload your media to these drives at no cost.

We are happy to offer volume discounts on recolor and repair services. Please reach out for more information.

What types of media can you digitize?
We can digitize a wide range of photos, including prints, slides, and polaroids. We can also digitize documents such as newspapers, letters, journals, or just about anything!

How do I prepare my media for digitization?
Ensure your photos are clean and free of dust and debris. Remove them from albums or frames if necessary.

How long does the digitization process take?
The time required depends on the quantity and condition of the photos. We strive to complete projects promptly and will provide an estimated timeline upon assessment. Services can be expedited at an additional cost.

How do I send in my media for archiving?
We will send you more information through our onboarding process. But, you will ship all documents for archiving to a designated address. Once we receive the shipment (and deposit is paid), we will begin the archiving process.

I have a lot of photos in photo albums. Do I need to remove them?
Yes and no. For an extra fee, we will disassemble any photo albums sent to us and reassemble once archiving has been completed. Please fill out our inquiry form for more information.

What format will my media be in after digitization?
Your photos will be converted into digital files, typically in JPEG format. Documents may be returned as PDFs or images. Upon request, images can be returned as TIFF files which support higher resolutions. Other formats may be available upon request.

Will my original media be returned to me?
Yes, we will return your original media along with the digitized copies. If you'd like us to toss them, we can do that too.

How can I access my digitized media?
Your digitized photos will be provided to you either digitally (via download or USB drive) or in physical format (DVD or printed photos), depending on your preference. Upon digitization, your photos will be available for web download for a pre-arranged amount of time. We will not keep digital photos indefinitely.

Is my personal information and media kept secure?
Yes, we take privacy and security seriously. Your personal information and media are kept confidential and secure throughout the digitization process except where required by law.

What happens if my media is damaged during digitization?
While we take great care in handling media, accidents can happen. In the rare event that a photo or document is damaged during digitization, we will notify you immediately and work to find a resolution, which may include compensation or restoration services.

How is my deposit calculated?
Your deposit is calculated based on the estimated amount of documents that will be archived. We will use 20% your provided estimate. Upon receipt of your documents, and if there is a major discrepancy between our initial count and your provided count, we will adjust the deposit accordingly.

Do I need to count all of my documents before I send them in?
No, you do not have to. We will bill you based on the number of documents we return to you. However, you should keep an accurate account to ensure you are receiving all of the proper documents back.

When will I need to pay my remaining balance?
Your remaining balance is due upon completion of archiving. We will send you an email letting you know once this is done. Once the balance has been paid in full, your download link and media stored on physical drives (USB or HDD, if applicable) will be sent to you.
